His book Integral Life Practice: A 21st-Century Blueprint for Physical Health, Emotional Balance, Mental Clarity, and Spiritual Awakeningco-authored with the “Einstein of consciousness” Ken Wilber—summarizes over 30 years of cross-cultural human growth and development research. Adam also co-edited The Simple Feeling of Being among other publications dedicated to life enhancement.
