All Brain Acoustics digital products come with a refund guarantee. However, there are no returns for the first three months after a digital purchase. (We instituted this refund “blackout” period due to the importance of practicing with the products first to experience their full effects.) A customer may request a refund by contacting us at service@brainacoustics.com anytime between the fourth and sixth month after the initial purchase. The refund for a particular digital product becomes void when either six months has elapsed after the initial purchase or a higher depth/level product is subsequently purchased.

Before using any Brain Acoustics product or program, always read the accompanying User Guide and follow the recommended instructions.

Brain Acoustics entrainment technology produces altered states of consciousness that may endanger you in situations that require your direct attention. Under no circumstances should you drive a car or operate dangerous machinery while listening to any Brain Acoustics products.
